The sourdough question

Sourdough sells out by 10am both Saturdays. Two proposals on the table: raise the price from 6 to 7 dollars, or add a third batch, which means an earlier Friday bake and one more person on prep.

  • Raise to 7 dollars: about 26 dollars more per market, no extra labor, regulars will notice
  • Third batch: about 55 dollars more per market before costs, needs a 6:30am Friday start
